FROM A GOOD HELLO TO A NEXT STEP

Bring the next step
to Pipedrive.

Prepare in Handshake. Be present in the conversation. Send what matters afterwards.

Not open for public installation yet

The working iPhone integration is being tested in a separate Pipedrive sandbox. Handshake is not yet on the App Store. Its Pipedrive listing is a draft and has not yet been submitted for review. This page explains the connection flow for configured test builds.

There is no public download link yet.

If you already have an updated Handshake test build on this iPhone, open its connection screen below. This does not grant Pipedrive access or send CRM data.

Open installed Handshake

If the link does not open, use You → Pipedrive in the app. On a computer, follow these steps on your iPhone.

1. Start on your iPhone

Open Handshake → You → Account. Sign in with Apple or LinkedIn. Your account enables the optional CRM connection; it does not upload or sync your local networking workspace.

If you’re reading this on a computer, keep these steps handy and open Handshake on your iPhone. Local events, briefings, notes and exports work without a sign-in.

2. Choose the right workspace

Open You → Pipedrive → Continue with Pipedrive. Sign in on Pipedrive’s own screen and check the company shown before approving access. Return to Handshake and confirm the connected workspace.

Contacts and Activities access lets Handshake read selected contacts and create the contact, note or follow-up task you review. You are never asked to paste a Pipedrive API token into the public app.

3. Review before anything is copied

Bring a contact into Handshake

Open People → Import from Pipedrive. Search by name, choose a person and review their basic contact details before saving. Importing the same CRM person again opens your existing local person and preserves your edits and conversation history.

Send a conversation’s next step

Open a person → Save or share contact → Prepare Pipedrive handoff, or start from their event briefing. Choose an existing CRM person or explicitly create one. Select and review any contact details, note and dated task, then confirm the destination before sending.

What happens after sending?

A completed handoff shows a saved receipt and cannot be sent again. Later edits and task completion stay in the app where you make them. Imports and handoffs are one-time copies, not two-way sync.

Handshake does not create deals, send invitations or send follow-up messages automatically. Your private briefing and event history stay local unless you explicitly select content to share. Pipedrive’s own permissions determine which colleagues can see records saved there.

If the result is uncertain

A connection problem can leave a request’s result unknown. Handshake blocks a blind resend. Check the intended workspace and use Resolve uncertain result to inspect and link an existing CRM record. Resume any remaining steps only after review. If you cannot establish what happened, contact support rather than creating another handoff to retry the same transfer.

Disconnect when you choose

Open You → Pipedrive → Disconnect Pipedrive. Previously copied contacts, notes and tasks remain in each app. Deleting your Handshake sign-in account is a separate action under You → Account; it does not delete local records, your Pipedrive account or an Apple subscription.

Read our account and CRM privacy details and planned pricing. Handshake is operated by SRD MEDIA GROUP INC. Pipedrive is a separate service.
